In possession of a Masters of Law at the University of Neuchâtel in Switzerland, Ludivine Ferreira prepares her PhD in Law which the subject is “the electronic bracelet in Switzerland: yesterday, today and tomorrow”.
Brilliant young lawyer, she received the 2008 UniNExt prize for her work on the death penalty. She closely collaborates with Professors Y. Jeanneret and A. Kuhn from the University of Neuchâtel (Switzerland) in the field of criminal law.
